Do you know Gmail? If you don't know, then you must know what gmail is. Gmail is email provider from google. There are Yahoo, Microsoft, and other company that provides email for internet communication. Communication is important for people who wants to do a telecommunication, it means email is important too (I guess).
In gmail, when you're sent an email from other email address, you can set your gmail to reply it automatically. So, when you find someone sends you email, and you can't reply it quickly, this setting will be useful to be applicable. So the sender doesn't need to wait for your reply soon after read your auto reply. You can type,
"I am out of city for a week, and I have no internet connection, this email will be replied when I am back, or call me maybe at XXXXX. Thank you for your understanding." May be like that, or you can make it yourself.
You don't need to worry about your communication with your friends, your work partners, and the others who sends you email. These are the steps.
- Open your Gmail.
- Enter to your gmail setting.

- Scroll down, and then you will find autoreply message setting. Chose Out of Office Auto Reply On. Fill First day with the day you will go out, fill Ends with the day you will come back. Fill Message and Subject like sends email as usual.
